lovely business hotel in city centre
perfect business hotel for those travelling for work, close to all places in city centre. we got early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, rooms are reasonably priced for a 5-star property, their guest relation executive Pratibha took good care of us, helped us in check-in and accepting our other requests. complimentary breakfast is excellent. Food via in-room dining is also very good.
prices of in-room dining are a bit on higher side, should be lowered by 20-25 percent.

What was the highlight of Radisson Blu Hotel Chennai City Centre
Great hotel in Chennai city center. I heartily recommend.
1. Breakfast spread was excellent. Food served in the room was also great. 2. In the room, I particularly liked the shower force and flow. Ample toiletries were provided. 3. Staff was very courteous. There was no shortage of complementary water and tea / coffee supplies in the room. 4. View from the room was great. 5. Air-conditioning was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. 6. Cleanliness was above reproach. 7. The staff was honest to tell me that Uber to the airport would be much cheaper than their own cab service. 8. Ample TV channels in Hindi & English (though the TV size was a bit small for the room).
Just a couple of points I would have liked better. 1. Before arriving, I had completed the hotel's online check-in formalities. I had also uploaded my ID. Having done that, I was expecting I would get the room immediately. But on actual check-in, I was still required to give ID of all the guests including myself. It seems there wasn't much point in spending time & efforts before for online check-in. 2. At check-out, they asked me whether I had consumed something from room bar snacks. I said I did. They checked the room and charged me for that. I have no complaint about that. But while checking, they would have found a my own beer can which I had forgotten in the fridge. They should have returned it to me.
